fermentation.
Aged in bottle for 14 months.
Rich and elegant with opulent
flavours of white peach, citrus with a
slightly bitter finish. A perfectly poised
balance of dosage, acidity and
structural tannins. This wine exhibits a
remarkable presence and persistence.
